WOW. No words for this mystical place. After hiking the Path of Gods we arrived at our sanctuary for the next three weeks with breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast. Are you feeling stuck in the same patterns? Getting the same results, even though you’re longing for change? Do you feel uncomfortable when life is changing direction? Maybe it’s time to take a different path. To explore the unknown and experience where it will take you.

This experience has been carefully crafted to explore and move beyond the current patterns and structures of the mind. To spike your courage and curiosity. To find new ways to compassionately embrace new experiences. To change and create whatever it is that your heart is longing for.

Francesca and Joanne will guide you on this warrior journey through yourself, supported by the cliffs and breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast, where you will peacefully find your own unique way - just like they did.

Expect different styles of yoga such as hatha, yin and nidra, daily hikes with fresh perspectives, art therapy, dips in the ocean, sips of cacao and of course fine Italian cuisine and wine to fully immerse yourself in 'la dolce vita'.

ITALIA - SIMPLICITY ♥️

The perfectly balanced dishes in Italy remind me that life is actually pretty simple. It’s us, especially our minds, that make it complex and complicated. With all our expectations, internally or externally, and the need to conform to or, maybe even more disturbing, to exceed the status quo - whatever that might be.

Continuing the analogy with Italian cuisine: you don’t need a lot of ingredients to create and enjoy an amazing dish, or to enjoy ‘la dolce vita’ - the sweetness of life. Less is more.

We are epically failing this concept, just look at the number (and absurdity) of our pizza toppings which drives Italians crazy btw. It perfectly mirrors that we always crave and think we need more…

In Italy you don’t find more than three ingredients - quality over quantity. But you have to choose your ingredients wisely to create a nice balance. And that takes conscious effort and practice.

This mirror was the perfect invitation to ask myself what ingredients I really need to create and experience ‘la dolce vita’ in my daily life. The answers are one of many reasons I flew back home earlier than planned. And in order to make that decision I had to let go of expectations, both internally and externally, of what is normal (never was really good at that anyway) and most of all it meant cutting through the structures and illusions of my own mind to find and embrace my own unique recipe (for life).

Honestly, I’m still digesting my big adventure while practicing ‘la dolce vita’ in Rotterdam. At the same time I can also feel lots of stuff cooking and I’m very much looking forward to share more soon - when the menu is more concrete.
