How often do you create space for yourself - in your day, in your work, in this moment? Or do you feel that it has been taken up by other people, problems or ‘priorities’? Do you constantly hear yourself saying ‘I don’t have time’ (for me)? Are you ready to explore how you can create (intentional) space for yourself - for your health, hobbies and happiness? Or do you just want to spend an amazing weekend enjoying the warm, breezy mountains of Spain to explore and expand from within?
This retreat has been carefully crafted to help you explore what it means to hold, create and share space for yourself and others. Lynn and Joanne will take you on an inspiring and playful journey to release what no longer serves you. They will guide you in creating more space from within in order to live a fuller, more expansive life.

This retreat will be guided by Joanne and Lynn who enjoy sharing their interests, passions and positive energy not only with one another as close friends, but even more so with others. Their open and enthusiastic perspectives on life inspire others to embrace all aspects of themselves while also filling their hearts with warmth, playfulness and joy.
We have designed our S P A C E program in alignment with our other Essenza retreats to create a year round journey for those who would like to continue to grow and evolve from the space of the heart, from their essence. Having that said, our S P A C E retreat is a unique journey that anyone can join, no matter your starting point.
Location

Finca Serrato is situated on the edge of Montes de Málaga, a vast natural park with an extensive diversity of flora and fauna. The 200 year old finca is surrounded by olive and almond trees, cacti, wild flowers and herbs - the perfect SPACE to enjoy high quality, slow living, and endless peace & nature.
The yoga platform gives spectacular views onto the valley below and the infinity pool feels like a dream where you can dive straight into Malaga’s beautiful essence.
We offer various accommodation options that each embody the authentic southern-Spanish vibes with warm colors and natural materials combined with the modern comfort - an instant vacation feeling.

Finca Serrato is run by a Dutch couple: Marie-Claire and Sander. Joanne and Marie-Claire met in Rotterdam when they were teaching at the same studio and always stayed in contact when Marie-Claire followed her dream (man ;-)) to Spain to create a finca together. Sander is an amazing vegetarian chef and will accomodate any dietary wishes you may have. Just let us know in advance!
Each day of the retreat includes a vegetarian brunch, a midday snack and a heartwarming dinner. Fresh fruit, water and tea will also be available throughout the day. For those of you who fancy a glass of wine with dinner, we got you covered! After all, life is all about balance, right?!

Because we truly believe that life is all about balance, you have the whole afternoon to yourself. You can choose to work on your tan by the pool, go for a walk & immerse yourself in the earthly landscapes or practice your siesta skills like a pro. We want you to feel free to do whatever it is that you need the most. It’s your time.

To create an intimate atmosphere we have limited spots available.
Included: Daily meditation, yoga classes and workshops. All food and one alcoholic beverage. Transfers from and to Málaga Airport (fixed times).
Excluded: Plane tickets. Additional alcoholic beverages.
Please make sure you have your own travel- and cancellation insurance. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to the retreat as all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations made for proven COVID-19 travel restrictions are fully refundable.
